Context: Innov8tive Designs is a distributor of high-quality electric power systems for the RC modeling public. They are the #1 source of electric power systems in North America.
Challenge: While analyzing its online site and rearchitecting the sitemap for usability and functionality, I realized there was also an opportunity to refresh their printed collateral. Key goal of the project was to create an updated packaging platform to bring a more contemporary look and feel, while still retaining some of the equity elements within their identity system.
Solution: Visual update to the packaging and marketing materials for Cobra Brushless RC motors, with an overall simplification and organization to the packaging communication. Also, attempted to simplify costs and streamline production lines using a printed seal sticker with identifying information instead of printing unique artwork for each product.
