Philips Deep Sleep headband 

Context: Expanding on its traditional business model of distributing sleep aid products by prescription and through the medical partners channel, the Healthy Sleep Solutions business was looking to bring experience from a more established retail brand with the launch of new consumer-grade products.  

Challenge: I was brought into the team as a consultant based on my experience with Philips Norelco to advise and develop packaging and messaging concepts for the Deep Sleep headband product to review with buyers for placement in the brick-and-mortar drug and electronics channels. 

Solution: Working with a broad team of product designers, marketers, structural designers, and copywriters, I facilitated a rapid-fire, iterative CoCreate workshop where several packaging structures and messaging options were created each day, shared with consumers in a qualitative test, and optimized overnight to present updated concepts to new consumers the following day.
